Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 August 2026
In one sentence: TunerHub collects, transmits and stores no personal data. There is no server, no account and no tracker.
Data processed by the app
None. TunerHub requires no sign-up, creates no account and sends no information to its publisher.
Everything you produce while using the app is written only to your device's local storage:
- the playlist addresses and account credentials you enter
- your favourites, hidden channels and renamed channels
- your settings, theme and language
- your playback positions and viewing history
- the cached channel lists and programme guide
This data never leaves the device. It is gone when you uninstall the app or clear its data from your system settings. The backup feature produces a file that only you handle and store wherever you choose.
Network connections
TunerHub connects exclusively to the addresses you have supplied: your M3U playlist server, your Xtream Codes account server, your programme guide source, and the servers hosting your channel logos.
These connections are part of your relationship with those providers. They see your IP address and your requests, as any server you contact does. The publisher of TunerHub has no access to them and plays no part in those exchanges.
No analytics, no advertising
The app contains no advertising network, no analytics tool, no automatic crash reporting and no third-party tracking SDK. There is therefore no advertising identifier, no profiling and no data sharing with third parties — for the simple reason that no data exists to share.
This website
This site consists of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no scripts and loads no external resources: no remote web fonts, no maps, no social buttons, no measurement tools.
The hosting provider technically records incoming requests, as any web server does, solely for delivery and security purposes. The publisher makes no use of those logs.
Children
The app is not directed at children and knowingly collects no data about them — since it collects none at all.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability regarding personal data concerning you.
In the case of TunerHub, the publisher carries out no processing of personal data: there is nothing on their side to access, correct or delete. You retain full control at all times over the data stored on your device, which you can erase from your system settings.
For any question, write to contact@tunerhub.app.
Third-party content
TunerHub is a player: it provides no channels, no playlists, no catalogue and no subscription, and hosts no content. The streams you add come from sources you choose and for which you are responsible.
Changes
Any change to this policy will be published on this page with a new update date. Should a change ever introduce data collection, it would be announced inside the app before taking effect.
